Compass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

So today was compass and WE HAD A VISITOR!! EMMA! :) Study skills was actually fun Emma. thank you.  :) And science.... IT. WAS. SENSATIONAL!!!! (haha i felt like using the word "sensational" :) It was really fun though :) After compass and stuffys i had to sell candy to people...yupp. selling candy. uh-huh. well anywayyyyyy! tomorrow is the HARVEST PARTY!!! im sooo exited! it is going to be so much funn. This. Is. The. Plan. Me and emma are going to go early to help set up the party stuff and then after we are done setting up we go bounce on the tramoline! and that. is. the. plan... :) Also! i finally know what im going to be on halloween!.. a Ninja! :) that will be funn :P.. and so this concludes my "blog post" :)

School, Selling candy, Gymnastics, church...

i kinda forgot about my blog haha thats pretty bad considering i made it like last week. But anyway life has been going pretty good  :) Theres been school and school and some more school.. and i still have to that homework from Mrs.Ficks class that i cant find my folder to. lol.and i have to write a Lab report for science class (does anyone know what lab we have to write it on?!).and when im not doing school.. Everyday at 3:00 i have to go out and sell candy to random people :) (does anyone want to buy some candy?! i'm going to bring some on Thursday! :) and then there is gymnastics three times a week that i have to go to :P. And on Sunday we had the Russel's over! they are the cutest things ever! i took a bunch of really good pictures of them and i would put them on the computer and show them to you... but i left my camera at gymnastics :( so i cant take anymore pictures or put any pictures on the computer until Thursday when i get it back. :'( but its all good :) This post is pretty short :) today i have math class and some more selling of candy...i really dont have anymore to say! byee

Bowling then......Yeah pretty much just bowling :P

So i have to sell 3 boxes of candy before Halloween because my gymnastics program is having a fundraiser :( Does anyone want some candy???? only $1:50 each :P i know it cost soooo much but it is for a good cause :)  (not really) *smiles* . TODAY WAS SOOOO MUCH FUNN!!!! so very much fun :) Me Becky and Emma all went to the bowling palace because my ortho. was having a huge party there (weird i know) But it was soooo much funn!! We went bowling (of course) and we danced.... we did the Cha Cha dance (is that what it is called?) and then we did this weird country songish dance that i kept on falling over on :P, we did the Macerina. AND OF COURSE!!!!! THE LIMBO! the limbo would of been really fun if all the little kids didnt keep on cheeting then getting back in line and if we actually finished the game!  i was really mad that they didnt :( but w/e :) im good :). we also took three thousand pictures well probly like..... 20 but it felt like three thousand! :) here is the link to all the pictures: http://talyn.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album01

It was so loud there we had to shout to hear eachother.... just thought i'd let ya know :)
SO once we got out of there we waited for my mom to pick us up... and while we were waiting we sat down on these poles that were on the sides of the side walk... and when we got up... there was pain on our butts.... HAHAHAHA it was really really funny :D. 
now im at home pretty much doing nothing? thats not fun :(

Compass! (smiley face)

Yesterday was compass! :P (so very tiring) So yes i went to our really boring class (no offence mrs. Fick =) called "Study Skills". Even the name is kinda boring and dull :) Its OK mrs. Fick its just a boring subject in general (Smiley face).( ya i kinda got bored of making the same old smiley face over and over again :) (ahh! there i go again! haha) Ok so at 12:00 o'clock Mrs. Fick is still talking! And she ended up letting us out 7 MINUETS LATE! i was so frustrated at this! i mean... she has like no right to keep us in 7 min. late! seriously! (haha i am being a little sarcastic here. But she did let us out SEVEN min late! i was not being sarcastic about that +) so once we finally got out of class! Me and my friends talked and talked....and talked.. like usual.  Until we had to go to writing class! that class went by soooo fast! We got into class.. she talked for about 5 min... we all went into our own little groups and read our papers to each other...  and then BAM were done! So yes that was really fun :) oh ya! I got a $5 gift card to WaWa (losing food?) for having the journal entry of the month! (yay!) So once writing class was over (which i was really surprised by). Me, Moriah, my Mom, Noah and Karis all went to WaWa were i bought everyone a slushie! Then we went to Marshels and i got a really awesome new winter coat! (yay!) And me and Moriah tried on all the high heels (<# that) . Then we all went back home were me and Moriah waited till gymnastics practice (5:00). when we got to gymnastics i did floor and vault. yay. then after practice me and Karis got these huge boxes of candy to sell people. So now today i went into North Hills to sell a whole bunch of candy to random and scary people (thats always fun). So now im just chilling at home doing nothing :) <3. Well! i have nothing more to say to u people! So...GOODBYE!

i almost forgot to name this :)

well yeah you probably think im crazy or something because im writing two posts on one day :) Hey its fun!!! Im really enjoying my self with my new blog! I am easily enjoyed my really simple things.. For example i played with this plastic bag thing for over a hour, I <3 bubble wrap!!!, and i can sit there forever watching the piano keys light up. And i get really easily distracted to... you dont even want to know what i get distracted by :P I feel like Dory sometimes :). Haha well anyway Today i had to go to the orthodontist and i was the only person there... it.was.creepy. So after i went to the orthodontist i had to go to someplace called...swan? (some grocery store) My mom calls it "Its like Good Will, Except instead of clothes its food!" YIKES! i was really scared by that :P. So once we got home i did a whole bunch of little stupid things.... When i was taking off my boots, I did something really weird... I guess i tried to throw my boot up into the air but instead of it coming off my foot it hit my shin (thats always fun) Don't you hate when your running up the stairs and then your shin hit the stair... well.. thats what it felt like...well..not that bad :) Then when we were making pizza i burned myself (ouch!). after that, I was trying to do this gymnastics move that i couldn't get and was doing it on the wood floor and i had socks on... so when i tried  doing it i kinda slipped and fell on my butt. (i am just getting beat up tonight! :P). So tomorrow iS COMPASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!! I pretty much cant wait to talk to all my friends :D AND we are having a visitor!...EMMA! :D :D <3. So yes i need to write the rest of my paper and all of my journal entries :P. funnnnn :) im really Hyper RiGhT NoW :D :) <3 ok i better go write my paper!

Yesterday =)

 yesterday was really boring and dull (well... school was really boring and dull). Until i had to go to gymnastics at 6:00. I did beam and bars and i feel like my hands are on fire). And my my thigh really hurts because my coach just randomly decided i can do back handsprings by my self on the high beam.... Well i did the first two really well! But when i started my third back handspring i guess i jumped off wrong because my hands totally missed the beam... and somehow my leg landed on top of the beam resulting in a huge red mark on my thigh. Gymnastics is so much fun :) So yeah, once gymnastics practice ended at 9:00 (ugh i hate how it ends so late) i had to go strait to our house were care group was (well... the end of care group=). And because i didnt have dinner i was starving. So i grabbed whatever was on the counter top (which was cookies:) and went down stairs where everyone was. They were watching lion king (i <3 that movie=) As we were watching it there was a big tub a licorice in the table.... i think i had at least 15 of them... Which according to Katie that was like... around 480 calories (oh my) plus those two cookies i ate that is probably 200 more calories..... omgosh! i had 680 calories that night! (i just decided to go on a long run today=). But i dint eat licorice the whole time:) . Me Emma and Becky all talked about really random stuff and laughed our head off (i <3 care group:). care group went to about 11:00 o'clock, and before everyone even left i was in bed sound asleep :) Today i have loads of math to do then i am going to go on a long run, then i have math class, then a orthodontist appointment And then at the end of the day i have a gymnastics meeting  :P  <3  :)  :(   >_< :)

Funniest family night ever.

one of the most funniest family nights ever! Luke got a permanent cap put on his front tooth about 2 years ago. Just recently it fell out… and being Luke, he didn’t want to go to the dentist: 1) it would take too much time from his busy schedule 2) the dentist is too far away, and 3) (the big one) it might cost money. So he did what any smart person would do – he Poligripped (you know the stuff for dentures) the tooth back in. All was going well – minus an occasional fall out.

However, at dinner last night while eating pizza, someone noted that Luke’s tooth was missing – and said, “Hey Luke, did you swallow your tooth?” (I can barely type this without laughing.) A panicked look came over his face. “Mom, what should I do?” I calmly told him that he should try to throw up. He tried the finger down the throat thing… drank some water and tried it again… no luck. At this point, the rest of us couldn’t stop laughing… Zac, however, was eating his pizza in the garage – he was too grossed out. Now keep in mind that it was Talyn’s birthday and we had a meeting at the church in 20 min. Luke gave up on the idea of going… you can’t go out in public without a front tooth can you?

Finally I had the idea to give him ipecac syrup (the stuff you use to make a baby throw up if he accidentally drinks poison)… it was an unopened bottle – never had to use it when the kids were babies. He took it. In the excitement, someone knocked over a full glass of coke. Jeff wasn’t yet home yet… Zac was still coming in and out of the garage with that sick, disgusted look on his face. Luke then came back into the picture… with a tooth in his mouth! He had found the temporary tooth that they gave him before he got the permanent one. He Poligripped that one in… and continued to eat his pizza (using his back teeth). Jeff then walked in the door… and we were (surprisingly) good to go.

Remember, however, that Luke (20 min. before) had taken the ipecac syrup (but didn’t feel anything). Luke, Zac and Jake squeezed into the back of Jeff’s car with Luke holding a bucket in his lap. Jake and Zac were fighting over who had to sit in the middle next to Luke. The first 10 minutes of the car ride went well despite the continual complaining that Luke was in the backseat with a throw up bucket and that they couldn’t move because they were sitting so close together – when suddenly it happened. Out of the blue, Luke started throwing up – violently. Jake and Zac were begging to pull over, threatening to jump out of the car. When we finally pulled over, the other boys ran for it. Luke continued to throw up.

By the time everyone returned to the car – Luke was done throwing up and proudly holding the original tooth.We all jumped back in the car to continue the trip. Since no one would sit next to Luke, I ended up sitting in the middle of the backseat. Even though I couldn't stop giggling and Jake and Zac couldn't stop complaining about the throw up, we did made it to our Financial Peace class - in one piece. Thankfully, Luke was able to smile about the whole thing.

Yes i didnt write this but i thought i should put it on anyway because it was so funny :P

Sundays are so much fun :)

Who knew Sundays could be sooo much funn? Well i pretty much started off the day with the alarm blaring in my face at 7:20 AM. But i decided to press the snooze button instead of getting my lazy butt out of bed. It seamed like two minuets later i hear my mom calling me to get out of bed and get ready for church. I look over at the clock and its 8:30(dont u hate when that happens?) . So i raced into the shower and took a 5 minuet shower (oh ya:) blow dried and straitened my hair in a half an hour (i think thats my own personal record). So once we got to church i joined my group of friends (Becky Zoe Emma and Martha) to talk. And then Mr. Gemmel came up and said they were short on helpers in the classes so i volunteered to help in the one and two year olds. The most boring class ever cuz the baby's cry the whole time and get spit all over you . so once i finally got out of there i talked to all my friends until they eventually all left and we were the last people in the church (like always). then we went strait over to the Hays to hang out and eat all the leftover pizza from Saturday(cross culture) . And we played this game on there ps3 called sing-star. where you have a microphone and it shows the words up on the screen and you sing them and it gives you a score (its a pretty fun game). Well anyway i got the score "rising star". Yupp that's right, I'm a 'rising star' so you better watch out :) i might be some superstar one day. not :P. Once we played that game for about 2 hours we all decided to go outside and play on the trampoline. We played the game called 'horse' were i almost killed myself because Zac and Jenny kept on doing these really weird flips. Eventually we all moved back inside because we couldnt feel our feet. Then at around 3 o'clock we left and went back home were i decided to make a blog! :) So that pretty much ends my typical sunday :)
